One of NJ's oldest soccer clubs, established 1924, presents pick up soccer/futsal for girls in Whippany/Morristown, Morris County, NJ.
                  
Play More Games
Playing more games helps to develop and improve the young soccer player.

Decision Making 
Players who participate in more non-coach-led, drop in, pick-up soccer games tend to have better decision-making skills.

Team cohesion
Players learn to work together and understand their roles on the team. 
 
Leadership
Players learn to guide and motivate their teammates, and communicate effectively. 
 
Understanding of the game
Players develop a deeper understanding of their role and responsibilities within the tactical framework

Format       5 v 5 pickup games with teams to be of equal strength. Five minute games with the winning team to stay on (if the same team wins 3 consecutive games, they come off the field). Games will be played on a hard surface and with a futsal (heavier soccer ball meant for indoor play). There will be no coaching. The goal is for the girls to have the opportunity to play and have fun in an unstructured environment where they have independence on the field and the freedom to be creative without the fear of making a mistake.
